Frequently asked questions
Will customizations break when the LMS updates?
Not if they’re built properly. We use the platform’s extension points (plugins, hooks, events, APIs) and add automated tests so updates can be applied safely.
Can you fix customizations made by someone else?
Yes. We start with a code review, move core edits into proper extensions where possible and document everything.
What does a typical customization cost?
Small changes start from a few hundred dollars; substantial features usually cost a few thousand. We quote fixed prices for well-defined work.
