Frequently asked questions
Will learners lose their progress?
No — completion records, grades and certificates are part of the migration scope and verified with automated checks before cut-over.
Can SCORM content be migrated?
Usually yes. SCORM packages are portable; learner attempt data can often be migrated too, depending on what the source platform exposes.
How long does a migration take?
Small migrations can take 2–3 weeks; large, multi-system migrations 2–3 months. The assessment gives you a timeline before you commit.
What about SEO and old links?
We map old course and page URLs to new ones with 301 redirects so bookmarks and search rankings are preserved.
