Is this you?

When teams call us

Your LMS can’t do what the business needs

Workarounds, spreadsheets and manual admin work are filling the gaps.

You’re outgrowing your current setup

More learners, more organizations or more integrations than it was designed for.

You’re planning a new platform

You need an honest build-vs-buy assessment before committing budget.

Your previous vendor is gone

You need a team that can take over an existing codebase safely.

How we work

A predictable delivery process

Every engagement — from a one-week plugin fix to a multi-month platform build — follows the same transparent steps.

  1. Discovery

    1–5 days

We review your platform, code, data and goals, then agree on scope, risks and success criteria.

  2. Plan & estimate

    2–3 days

You get a written scope with milestones, a fixed price or capped budget, and a timeline.

  3. Build in sprints

    Weekly demos

Work happens in short iterations on a staging environment with demos and version control.

  4. Test & launch

    Launch plan

Functional, performance and security testing, then a rehearsed, reversible go-live.

  5. Support

    Monthly

Optional maintenance: updates, monitoring, backups and small improvements.

Build, buy — or both?

If an existing enterprise LMS covers most of your requirements, customizing it is usually faster and cheaper than building from scratch. LMS Advisor is one such option we build and maintain ourselves.

Frequently asked questions

What is LMS development?

LMS development is the design and engineering of learning management system software — building new platforms, adding features to existing ones, integrating them with other business systems, and keeping them secure and fast.

Should we build a custom LMS or customize an existing one?

If an existing platform covers roughly 70–80% of your needs, customizing it is usually the better investment. Custom builds make sense for unusual workflows, multi-tenant SaaS products or when the LMS is your core product.

How long does LMS development take?

Focused features and integrations typically take 1–6 weeks; migrations 3–10 weeks; custom platforms 3–8 months for a first release. We give a timeline with every proposal.

Who owns the code?

You do. All custom code, documentation and credentials are transferred to you, and work lives in your repository if you prefer.
